Statement regarding future cooperation with CTMS

The companies Harrison Clinical Research and CTMS have been collaborating since 2004 in a number of successful clinical research projects.

With the acquisition of CTMS by Chiltern International the strategic partnership between Harrison Clinical Research and CTMS will be reconfigured in such a way that Harrison Clinical Research will continue to support CTMS in the performance of legacy projects in Europe.

In accordance with its business strategy Harrison Clinical Research has carefully selected three providers during the last years which included apart from CTMS the companies CTI and Community Research. Due to the new situation HCR will complement these two companies with a new third company in the USA until December 2007.

The reason for the collaboration with three partner CROs in the US is based on the fact that each of these partners has a special focus that enables us to fullfill the specific needs of each client and their project the best. In relation to all the present on-going projects between CTMS and HCR, they will be continued unitl completion according to the present contractual agreements.
