Harrison Clinical Research is extremely pleased to announce that Nancy Meyerson-Hess, M.Phil., has rejoined our Munich team as Business Development Director for Germany and Eastern Europe. Having already worked for us for 12 years from 1993-2005, latterly as Director of Clinical Operations, we know that Nancy is a big win for our team as she is a very experienced senior manager with proven ability to lead global, multifunctional teams within clinical research operations and in the strategic planning and operational success of projects in all major indications. She has had financial responsibilities for departments, including budget and revenue planning, has demonstrated leadership in line management functions and has successfully integrated and collaborated with other cultural environments to successfully instill corporate identity and goals within multicultural environments.

She has been actively involved in acquisitions of new clients and projects through proposals, meetings and presentations at international conferences and has been focused on negotiating budgets and quality deliverables on time and within budget. Experienced also in training procedures for implementation of new processes and SOP development, creating metrics for assessing success, identification of solutions and negotiations of suitable outcomes and in the remote management techniques necessary for global organisations, we know we have the all rounder who has comprehensive knowledge of the CRO, pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biotechnological and medical device industries and their markets and who is well known and respected by our clients.

Born in New York, USA, Nancy studied psychology in Cleveland, Ohio, before completing her M.Phil. in Ethiology-Neurophysiology at Sussex University, UK. She has latterly held senior positions with Omnicare and PRA and previous to HCR was with Fidia Pharmaceutical Research, Goedecke AG, F. Hoffmann-La Roche, and the Squibb Institute.
