All trainees will start their traineeship with a one week course at our own training academy in Brussels, Belgium. After a period of self-study the trainees will have the opportunity to attend further training workshops. Afterwards, through shadow learning and desk rotation, trainees will receive experience in the different positions and areas within the clinical research environment. Traineeship duration is 6 months and can be started in February, April, June, October or December of each year. Every trainee will be paid throughout the duration of the programme. If you are subsequently hired by HCR you can benefit from more advanced training. Further details can be obtained from the enclosed pdf file.
