HCR presenting at the 23rd Annual SQA meeting in Austin, Texas

We will be participating this year in the 23rd Annual SQA (Society for Quality Assurance) meeting between 23. April and 3.May 2007, in Austin, Texas.

Dr. Barbara Schnurr, Chief QA Manager at HCR, will present on 1. May 2007 at 11-30 a.m. on the subject "Audit visit over - what now?" Saying good-bye to an auditor or auditee after an audit visit does not end an audit. In fact, their parting marks the beginning of new essential phases of the audit process, the writing of the audit report, assignment of accountability for the follow-up process and initiation and successful completion of the corrective and preventative actions.

The Society of Quality Assurance is a forum for "Exchange and utilisation of knowledge in research and regulatory QA. Promoting the profession through leadership and effective professional relationships". The theme of the annual meeting is "Hitting the high note on quality. Capitalising on the benefits of QA throughout an organisation". The meeting will include training and concurrent sessions dedicated to the advancement of the Quality Assurance professional.
