HCR expands further into Eastern Europe

As part of its 20 year celebrations, Harrison Clinical Research opened affiliate offices, in 2007,  in Moscow (Russia), Warsaw (Poland) and Kiev (Ukraine). These affiliates already complement our activities in the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania.

Mr Peter Heger, our Clinical Operations Director for Central and Eastern Europe, who is based in our Munich headquarters, has a wealth of experience carrying out clinical studies in EE and has excellent contacts with investigators and medical institutions and a deep knowledge of patient populations in this part of the world.
Contract clinical research is facilitated in eastern europe as the motivation of physicians and patients to take part in clinical studies is high. Doctors have access to enormous numbers of patients and there is a high compliance with GCP and patients get the medical attention they would not otherwise receive and access to expensive and innovative drugs.
