Due to its continuous growth HCRAmerica is looking for a Director of Business Development (BD), who will be part of the international Business Development team.
The BD director will be responsible for acquisitions of new clients and client care. Duties also include supervision of the administration of clinical trial projects from client information request to close out of the project. 
Continuous customer service from initial contact to project completion is important.

  • The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of relevant BD experience in a CRO, has profit & loss know-how and is interested in financial planning.
  • Expertise in moving a project from the RFP to bid submission and  defence, including creating budgets is needed.
  • Your ability to communicate, plan and manage your time adequately, as well as work independently to a high standard is important.
  • Your eye for detail will be praised.
  • You have excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
  • You possess good knowledge of MS Office applications.

Clinical Trials Administrator

Due to its continuous growth HCRAmerica is looking for a Clinical Trials Administrator (CTA).
As CTA, you will be responsible for the project related preparation, collection, organisation and tracking of all study data and documentation for clinical trials phase I-IV in the US and abroad. This will include the setting up of systems for study conduct and handling, tracking and archiving all correspondence, study data and documentation and the preparation of study reports for sponsors, according to ICH-GCP and local regulations. You will also provide support to all functions in clinical operations and assist PMs and CRAs with their project related activities as well as cooperation and communication with HCR affiliate offices, investigational sites and the client and you will coordinate appointments, events and travel organisation.

You are preferably a life sciences graduate, or technical assistant and you have previous experience in the healthcare or life sciences area and knowledge of ICH-GCP. You have good written and spoken English, together with good proof reading skills, knowledge of medical terminology and MS-Office applications. You have the ability to coordinate, organise and prioritise, have an exact way of working, have good communication skills, have a good eye for detail and you are a good team player.

Administrative Assistant

As administrative Assistant in needed for growing US office.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for day to day office management and support of staff. Duties will include personnel administration, interacting with IT and general office management duties such as office supplies, contacts with vendors and reservations.

Candidate’s ability to communicate, plan and manage your time adequately, demonstrate a keen eye for detail as well as work independently to a high standard is critical.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in an administrative position. Experience in a start-up business will be a plus.

Proficiency in Office applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint and excellent written and spoken English is required.
