Clinical Research Associate (CRA) Due to its continuous growth, HCRAmerica is looking for a Clinical Research Associate. Duties will include investigator recruitment for national and international clinical studies and pre-study, initiation, routine and final monitoring visits to the investigational sites, coordination of all necessary regulatory documentation and the associated activities this requires. The ideal candidate is a life science/medical graduate with approximately 3 years of experience as a CRA and with a good understanding of ICH-GCP. Your ability to communicate, plan and manage your time adequately, as well as work independently to a high standard is important. Your eye for detail will be praised. You are willing to travel within the USA and occasionally to other countries. You have excellent knowledge of written and spoken English. You possess good knowledge of MS Office applications. |

Project Manager (PM) Due to its continuous growth, HCRAmerica is looking for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall coordination and management of international clinical trials from start up through to final deliverables. Duties include managing single and/or full service regional and global clinical studies as well as leading project teams including clinical operations, data management, biostatistics, medical writing and clinical QA, to ensure quality, on-time and within budget deliverables for primarily Phase II-IV clinical trials. Specific responsibilities may include: attending bid defence meetings, managing study timelines, ensuring deliverables meet the expectations, serving as primary contact with client to ensure appropriate communication, managing project budget, mentoring and overseeing study team and participating in internal and external meetings. The ideal candidate is a life science/medical graduate with approximately 5 years of clinical research experience, including 2 years previous Project Management experience and also has experience with resource and budget/financial management. Knowledge of clinical study guidelines including FDA, ICH & GCP is necessary. Your ability to communicate, plan and manage your time adequately, as well as work independently to a high standard is important. Your eye for detail will be praised. You have excellent knowledge of written and spoken English. You possess good knowledge of MS Office applications. |
