Are you a junior graduate? Have you just received your Ph.D.? Are you looking for a career jump in Clinical Research, or do you simply want to know if Clinical Research is the career area for you? The solution is to join the HCR Traineeship programme giving you the chance to show and develop your talents. All trainees will follow a one week course at our own training academy in Brussels, Belgium. Through shadow learning and desk rotation, trainees will furthermore receive experience in the different positions and areas within the clinical research environment. Traineeship duration is between 4 - 6 months and can be started in January, March, May, September or November of each year. Every trainee will be paid throughout the duration of the programme. After a good evaluation, there is a chance that you yet hired by HCR and can benefit from more enhanced training.
