From Warsaw Airport:

• By Bus
  The Frederic Chopin Airport is just 10km south west of Warsaw in Okecie, and the journey time by bus is usually only around 20 minutes. With the bus 175 you will be able to catch a ride into the city centre every ten minutes. Tickets you can buy at any kiosk or buy from the driver for an additional payment.
  Leave the bus on DH SMYK Station and turn first left into Krucza Street. In the middle of the street on your left side you can see the big building Centrum Biurowe Krucza.
  The Harrison Clinical Research office in Warsaw is situated on the 3rd floor.

  You can get a taxi from the rank outside arrivals.

From Main Rail Station (Dworzec Centralny):

The Main Rail Station is just 20 minutes by foot from the Harrison office. Leave the Main Rail Station. Carry on Jerusalem Avenue by pedestrian subway and turn first right into Krucza Street. In the middle of the street on your left side you can see the big building Centrum Biurowe Krucza. The Harrison Clinical Research office in Warsaw is situated on the 3rd floor.

You can also get the taxi on the rank outside the railway station.
